Just Kickin’ It!

For the next month or so we get to watch Matthew run, kick, and chase a little white ball around the field.  It’s soccer season!

I am so in love with this kid!

Our family can never brag about our competitive exploits because the truth is … none of us are all that competitive – at least when it comes to organized sports.  But what I love about Matthew is that he plays because it is fun.  He doesn’t care if his team wins or looses, he doesn’t care about how many minutes he’s on the field compared to someone else, he just cares about being out there having fun with his friends.

And that is just one of the many reasons I think this kid is pretty awesome!
